I purchased these as reading glasses for women at Megane Mikki. They are labeled "made in Japan" and "titan." They are lightweight, weighing 15g with the lenses. I was looking for a lightweight pair for work, so I chose a rimless frame and had them cut to my preference. The total cost with lenses was around 38,000 yen. I'm not entirely sure of the exact lens prescription, but it's for early-stage, mild presbyopia. I used them for less than a year, only occasionally, and there are no noticeable damages. I had new glasses made after my prescription changed and have kept these in storage since then. Since Megane Mikki is a nationwide chain, I believe you can get maintenance, lens replacement, and nose pad replacement at your local store. You can change them to prescription glasses for myopia, and the lens shape can be customized to your liking. I believe they are in generally good condition, but please consider them as used items. The case is also dirty, so I will be shipping only the glasses.
