This is a small heater made by Matsushita Electric Works. It automatically turns on when it detects someone entering the changing room or toilet. It automatically switches off if it falls over at an angle of 45 degrees or more. It's quite old, but my parents at home prepared it for us to use in the changing room when we visit. We haven't used it very often. I tested it, and it heats up without any problems. It was stored in its original cardboard box, so I think it's in very good condition. It also has a deodorizing function, but I don't think replacement filters are available, so please don't expect too much from that function. The size is 415mm high x 260mm wide x 150mm deep. It's very compact and, I think, a convenient fan heater that doesn't take up much space, even in a small toilet. It also comes with the instruction manual.
