I'm not sure whether to call this item a "tag" or something else, but due to my ignorance, I've written "tag." You can attach it to small presents... You can secure the back with cellophane tape or a sticker and attach hemp twine, but I think it's best to punch a hole with a single-hole punch like the one I use (*^^*) for my products.
