This is a dummy security camera with a dome shape and red LED lights, suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. It was found during a warehouse cleanup. Although unused, there are some minor scratches on the back of the unit. I have tested its operation with batteries I had on hand. It works perfectly. There is an ON/OFF switch hole on the back cover, but this is a dummy feature. As stated in the instruction manual, this product does not have an ON/OFF function. Batteries are not included. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the item having been handled by someone else, if you are overly sensitive, or if you do not understand the description.
