This is a navy and blue coat. It has a hood, and the reflective panels, which are prone to deterioration, have no major cracks. The cuffs, hem, and zipper, which tend to get damaged, are also in relatively good condition, but the thread at the beginning of the zipper has come loose, so I have repaired it myself (please check images 17 and 18). There are pockets on both sides, and the inside of the upper body is made of a fluffy material, making it warm. The Velcro parts might be a slight concern. The color appears in various shades due to the lighting, but images 7-8 are the closest to the actual color. These are all personal opinions, and there may be oversights, but I think it can still be worn.
