I found this at my parents' house. When you wind the spring, the eyes move left and right. If I attach the pendulum, the eyes don't move, perhaps because they can't bear the weight. It doesn't function as a clock. The black part of the eyes seems to have faded, and there are signs of repainting. Please see the photos for the condition. Thank you.
