Unisex, Size S: 58-71cm I am 71cm, and the overlapping part of the Velcro was about 5cm, which was just barely enough, but I used it tightly to increase intra-abdominal pressure. The logo is slightly scuffed, and there is some wear and tear, but the Velcro part is fine, and it hasn't been used very often.
