This is a finger puppet figure of "Big Totoro" from Studio Ghibli's My Neighbor Totoro. I purchased it at the Donguri Republic in LUCUA Osaka Station. I bought it around 2015 when Donguri Republic opened, so it's probably a discontinued item from before the renewal.
