This is a faux fur muffler, but as shown in the third image, it seems to have also been used as a collar. And it's a bubbly and cute color, just like raccoon dog fur. I don't know the brand, but according to my mother, it's about 20 years old. Despite that, it's in very good condition, appearing almost new.
