This is the FUJISOFT mobile router "+F FS050W". I used it at home for about a year with a Rakuten Mobile SIM inserted. It works without any problems, but I'm not sure about the remaining battery life because I always kept it plugged in. The LCD protective film is still on, and the exterior is clean as shown in the photos. The accessories are also as shown in the photos, and I believe everything is included.
