[Sotaro Saegusa] After graduating from Tokyo Fine Arts School (now Tokyo University of the Arts), he was frequently selected for the Nitten (Japan Fine Arts Exhibition). In addition to leaving many bronze statues in various parts of Kagawa Prefecture, he is also known for his "Eto (Zodiac) Series" of sculptures that symbolically represent animals.
