This is a handmade genuine leather book cover, hand-stitched using ice blue Italian "Alaska" leather. It can also be used as an A6 size notebook cover. The stitching color is ice blue, and it comes with a book band. The surface has a wax coating, giving it a whitish appearance, but the original leather color is ice blue (see image 15). As you use it, the wax will penetrate or wear off, gradually revealing the original color of the leather. *This listing is for the cover only. For size confirmation, a paperback book of about 450 pages (105mm x 152mm x 17mm) and a 176-page MD Notebook A6 (105mm x 148mm x 10mm) are set. Books up to 152mm in length will fit. ⚠️ Current Hayakawa Bunko books will not fit. **Leather** Vegetable-tanned, dye-finished Italian leather "Alaska Shoulder (La Perla Azzurra)" made using the Vacchetta method, which thoroughly infuses the leather with oil. The white wax on the surface will blend in with use, changing to a rich color.
