This item was purchased new and has been stored unused. It is a genuine Fender USA Oak Grigsby lever switch (blade switch). It is a 5-way (5-position) switch compatible with Stratocaster type guitars. Various special wirings are possible, such as coil tapping for humbuckers and mixing the front and rear pickups.
