It made playing so much easier, and it was a great help when playing many songs for long periods, such as in a wind orchestra. It has a different sound from gold or pink gold, with a soft yet elegant tone. Because it makes playing easier, it broadens the range of reed selection and I think it's a ligature that reduces stress in various ways. I own multiple ligatures, and the actual usage period was only about two months. There is no history of dropping it. I have been using it less recently, so I am offering it to someone who will take good care of it.
