Includes pattern sheets. I took out the pattern sheets from the pocket and traced the patterns. They are not dirty or torn. I also glanced through the main body of the book, and it seems to be in relatively good condition. Please forgive any oversights. When I peeled the glued part of the pocket to take out the pattern sheets, a small part of the inside peeled off (see photo 5). Please be aware of this.
