The back features a large depiction of Mt. Fuji and an inro, a travel motif. It's an awase (lined) garment with a gray cotton lining, suitable for the colder seasons. There are two small holes on the left front. There are also faint, light brown stains like spots in places. Because of its small size and the Kanto-style collar with matching fabric, it would be interesting to use it as a haori (outer garment) over Western clothes, like a coat.
