Set of 3 pink formal baby hairbands with flower decorations. For ages 3 months to 3 years. Used a few times when the baby was an infant and for birthdays at ages 1-3, but has been stored at home since then. The elastic doesn't seem to be stretched out, but it may have loosened slightly.
