Thank you for viewing this item. This is a Radiance Star Parallel Card No. 202, Valeria, from Genso Suikoden Card Stories. Illustrated by Kaoru Fujita. I took it out for the photo, but it has been stored in a sleeve. There are no noticeable scratches, but please be aware that it is over 20 years old, so there may be minor initial scratches, yellowing of the paper due to aging, and imperfections in the printing. It will be placed in a new sleeve, then in a loader, packaged, sandwiched between cardboard, and shipped in a brown envelope. Thank you. Type: Single card, 1 card
