This is an electric shaver from Philips. It powers on and functions without issue, but the surface of the charger cord is peeling due to deterioration. (Charging was successful.) The set includes the manual, the shaver itself, a cleaning brush, and the charger. Since it has been used, I am selling it at a bargain price. Please understand that this is a used item. Made in 2014.
