At the time of listing, I have confirmed that the light turns on and the toy makes a laughing sound. The batteries will be removed before shipping. As shown in the last photo, the battery compartment screw is missing. I believe there are no noticeable scratches or stains. This is just my personal assessment. Please understand that this is a used item, so there may be unseen scratches or stains. I will pack it carefully with bubble wrap, but please be aware that the light may not turn on upon arrival.
