This is a rash guard skirt. The waist is approximately 72 cm. The length is about 50 cm. Please allow for slight variations. There's a small decorative pocket in the back. You can wear it over a swimsuit or over rash guard leggings. You can also wear it folded at the waist, as shown in the last photo. How you use it is up to you. I forgot when I bought it. The waist has a snug fit. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as this is a used item.
