This is a leather single-screw ligature designed to fit standard hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpieces. It features a metal core wrapped in leather, with fabric material used in the area that contacts the reed, apparently designed to enhance the reed's vibration. Please note that the mouthpiece shown in the photo is not included with the product.
