This is a floral long-sleeved kimono-style romper. I purchased it from this site and wore it for the first meal ceremony and the Doll's Festival (Hinamatsuri). It has buttons on one side, making it easy to put on even for 0-year-olds. It's size 70, but it seems to be made a bit large, as my child was able to wear it for two years (0-1 years old).
