I purchased this from the official POPMART website. I have also attached an image of the purchase confirmation. I opened the box once to check the contents. Please note that the outer box will be folded and included. Returns are not accepted to prevent product substitution. This is a new, unused item, but please refrain from purchasing if you have any concerns, as it is a product from overseas. I am not responsible for initial defects.
