The color is dark, so it's not immediately obvious, but it's quite thin and doesn't have a lining, so an inner layer is needed. Because it's thin, I think it can be worn in all seasons except for the peak of summer. I wore it once to a wedding and it has been dry cleaned. It's in beautiful condition with no noticeable stains.
