This is a Pearl Izumi winter windbreak jacket. Size: S (Women's) Actual Measurements: Length approx. 63cm, Pit to pit approx. 48.5cm, Shoulder width approx. 39cm, Sleeve length approx. 54cm It's very warm with a brushed lining, but not too thick, so it can be worn comfortably. Although it's a women's S size, anyone of a small build can wear it without a problem. The inside stitching of the collar appears to be frayed, but it has been this way since purchase. Other than that, I don't think there are any noticeable stains or scratches, but there might be something I missed. #Kids #Children
