It's made of mesh material, but it's thick, so it's not exactly comfortable in the summer... but you can feel the ventilation when riding with it tucked under a large T-shirt. I haven't fallen while wearing it, so there's no damage, but there are some loose threads and it shows some signs of use, so I would appreciate it if those who don't mind would consider it. As for the size, I'm 166cm tall and weigh 54kg, and I feel it's a bit large. My shoulders get stiff when I wear it for a long time because it's heavy, but I feel very secure because the protector is bulky. When shipping, I will put it in a bag and ship it in the smallest possible packaging. I would appreciate it if you could refrain from returns other than for damage.
