I bought it in a hurry, so I've only worn it once. The ribbon is removable. It's a stylish collarless design with sheer 3/4 sleeves. The collarless design and removable ribbon allow for long-term use. It has a refined, elegant design that I highly recommend. No fussy buyers, please.
