Gold plating applied to a vintage Buffet Crampon genuine ligature and cap. The Buffet Crampon genuine ligature logo has changed over time. The current (though already discontinued) logo is "BUFFET CRAMPON". The previous generation was "BUFFET.CRAMPON". And the one before that, like this one, is "BUFFET-CRAMPON", which is likely from the 1970s. By gold plating the vintage Buffet Crampon ligature, which is known for its excellent craftsmanship and sound, it provides a natural feel and a soft tone, while also adding power due to the appropriate resistance. Many older ones have stretched metal and no screw adjustment, but as you can see in photo 7, this one is still usable (by the way, the Black Diamond mouthpiece, V12 reed, etc. are not included).
