I believe I've worn these less than 10 times since purchasing them last year (I had thick soles inside). I bought these for my son, but his interests have changed, so I'm selling them. He usually wears a size 28-28.5. He has wide feet and a high instep. There's a slightly raised area, as shown in image 5. I wear a different size of the same shoes, and they're warm and comfortable.
