Price reduced! This is a punch that makes Carl loose-leaf paper. It's the current latest model. I bought the light version, so I'm selling this one. The gauge guide seems to make punching multiple sheets faster. If you have the storage space, I recommend this one. It's a used item. There are scratches and minor marks from use.
