This is a single-layered kimono (hitoe) that my mother had tailored at a kimono shop for everyday wear. The koshi-ate (waist lining) is in good condition, but there are significant sweat stains on the white lining of the collar. Please see photos 7, 8, 9, and 17-20. Therefore, I am offering it at a low price. I believe there are no other scratches or stains, but please forgive any oversight. The fabric is not see-through, but it has a translucent quality. Material: It looks like tsumugi at first glance, but I think it's a blend of cotton and silk. Color/Pattern: It has a gray base with white and black mottled patterns, and bold black and blue linear designs that give a slimming effect, making the kimono look smart. *Although it may seem plain at first glance, it is a lovely color scheme that can be worn stylishly even by young people.
