I've re-examined the condition and lowered the price. This is a ruler from Kobo-Setsugi, made of Movinngi wood with a curled grain. My stationery-loving child was collecting these, but we're selling it to declutter as the collection has grown too large. It seems it was used for a while, and there's a small dent about 2cm from the end. Also, there's some paint chipping where the wood meets the markings, and some minor wear on the corners. It's not very noticeable at a glance, but since many people collect these, I hope those who aren't looking for perfection and can appreciate the wear and tear that comes with use will consider purchasing it.
