This is a Team Rocket's Mewtwo deck, compliant with the current regulations, and comes with double sleeves. I used this deck for about two weeks after building it, but I'm selling it now. It's a deck that has won tournaments among my friends. Regarding the condition of the cards, I used double sleeves, so I don't think the cards themselves have many scratches. There may be some scratches on the sleeves, but if so, please replace them with the extra sleeves provided. All cards have inner sleeves and Katana sleeves.
