I bought this about two years ago. It's a Galaxy. Only one item. The second photo shows it with a standard-sized PET bottle cap for comparison. According to the product description and reviews, it seems to be compatible with both PS4 and PS5. (I'm already using the other freek on a PS4 controller. I haven't used it on a PS5.) It's unused, but it has been opened and has a little dust on it. I will wipe it with an alcohol wipe before shipping, but there might be a little dust remaining. Please be aware of this.
