FMR Audio RNC1773(E) Compressor: Another version with special tuning applied to the RNC1773. The op-amps used in the internal analog circuit have been upgraded to high-quality, low-distortion ones. The signal path of the RNC1773 is very simple, consisting only of a VCA IC, op-amps, and passive components such as resistors and capacitors, so the effect is significant. Even comparing the performance of the op-amps alone, the THD+N value is 1/20th of the original! (0.0006% → 0.00003%).
