This is a home nurse call system. I am selling it because I no longer need it due to a replacement. You can sound a buzzer from a distant room to alert family members. The sound can be changed freely. Volume adjustment is also possible. As a bonus, I will include a neck strap that was not originally included. This strap is completely unused. Also, I am listing this on other flea market sites, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
