This is a Seiko pocket watch. The back cover is engraved with "Presented by the Prime Minister." The size is 42mm vertically, 56mm horizontally (including the hanging ring). Please also check the condition in the photos. The battery was replaced for the listing. It has just been replaced, so I don't think it will need maintenance for a while.
