I don't know the brand, but I think I bought it for around 40,000 to 50,000 yen. The fabric is very sturdy and doesn't let the wind through. I believe the fluffy parts use natural animal fur. These are removable. I bought and used it a few years ago, but it's a little tight on my shoulders, so I'm selling it.
