This is a universal lighting remote control from Ohm. I have confirmed that it works. Includes holder (no screws) Instruction manual included *Batteries are included, but they are not new, so consider them a bonus. Settings for each manufacturer are listed on the back of the remote, under the sticker. There may be some minor stains that are difficult to see in the photos, but overall the condition is good. I have done a basic cleaning, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items due to personal storage. Will be shipped in simple packaging.
