Lacquered food container with wave pattern and seashell decoration This is a tea chest from my grandmother's belongings, which I have been keeping. It is of Korean or Chinese make. It is very old but well-made. The entire surface (the underside of the lid and the bottom of the main body) is carved with very fine details, and the design features five mother-of-pearl birds flying over rough waves as an accent. There is a gap in a part of the lid frame, but it does not affect use. I would be happy if you could use it with your understanding.
