This is a semi-circular top from KB Fuksuke. It has a poncho-like design, but there are openings for the sleeves, so the sleeves have a lovely length when worn, making it very cute. It's a unique and stylish design. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains, but it's an item that my child has outgrown, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. It will be shipped folded.
