I purchased this used previously. The jacket is by Atsushi Kaneko. Both the lyric card and the disc are in beautiful condition, with no scratches or stains. "This is the first release from a new label established by the record shop TIGER HOLE in Shinjuku, a punk compilation album." Please refrain from purchasing if you are not comfortable with used items.
