This is a souvenir from overseas. It's in good condition as it has never been used. It's a little hard to see, but the back of the tie in the third picture is rubber, so it's probably the type that can be attached to a collar. How about for everyday wear, a little bit of fashion, or a Halloween costume? Shipping will be in a zip-lock bag to prevent it from getting wet.
