Velcro is attached to the belly area for easy on and off. There is a hole at the base of the neck to pass a leash through. The hood is removable and is half transparent, so visibility should be good. How about it for dogs who don't care about rain, snow, or bad weather? If your dog is adamant about "absolutely going outside" for their toilet breaks, you can't skip the walk just because it's raining... ^^; One raincoat might not dry in time for an evening walk, so having 2 or 3 raincoats is convenient. Care instructions: It has a waterproof and water-repellent finish, so please hand wash lightly if it gets dirty. The model is a Sheltie, but because there wasn't a perfectly sized item, it's wearing a slightly larger size. (Hopefully, you can get the idea...)
