It's a pleated skirt made of a knit-like, thick and heavy fabric, so it can be worn without being overly romantic. The waist is fully elastic, so I think it's easy to wear. It has been folded and stored, so there are many fold wrinkles. I think they will come out with washing, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Price reduced. Thank you.
