I purchased this new, but I've only worn it a few times. The waist is elastic and has a drawstring inside, making it easy to adjust the size. Due to the material, there are a few small pills from rubbing on the inner thighs. Other than that, there are no noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
