This is a set of blue cards from the UNION ARENA Kamen Rider series, including cards from the first expansion and starter decks. I was playing these in a casual environment. Regarding the second and third photos, cards that are not shifted have four of each type, allowing you to build both OOO and Ex-Aid decks. The fourth photo contains adjustment parts.
