I don't remember the details, but after looking it up, I believe it's the Z'Gok E from the Gundam MS Selection. I washed it with neutral detergent, but it's still sticky. There's also some dirt that didn't come off. There's a hole in the sole of the foot, but I don't remember if it had a base.
