This is a New Nintendo 3DS LL in blue. The exterior has some scratches. Screen protectors are applied to both the top and bottom screens. The bottom screen has some slight screen burn-in on the right side. The rubber on the slide pad is missing, but it doesn't affect operation. Software has been confirmed to launch.
